Now i know how to sleep in the middle of the day, 2 or 3 times I stop my car, close my eyes and relax for 10 or 25 minutes, it gives me a lot of energy for a while. Also i eat some vitamins on a daily basis, like Magneum and Zink. But frankly saying I am still not sure that break from caffeine gives me anything positive. But i keep trying.
