It seems like i've found the best plan of using caffeine. At least that works for me.

#0. You have to sleep more. 8 hours is minima.

#1. Dont drink caffeine at mornings. Do exercises and eat slow carbs instead.

#2. Drink your first cup at 10:00

#3. Drink your second cup at 16:00

#4. Eat a little more than usual

#5. No tea. No chocolate. No decaf.





That worked. Now i have much more energy than before. I am ALIVE now!
